We are introducing a new App for all our patients; this app will allow you to;
Please be aware the surgery will be closed for training on the 13th November 2019 from 1.30pm. We will re-open as normal from 8.00am on 14th November 2019.
Our telephone lines will not be operational, however you will still be able to book and cancel appointments and request repeat prescriptions via the ‘MyGP’ app (available on all smartphone devices).
If you need urgent medical advice when we are closed, please ring the NHS 111 service.
The Derbyshire Home from Hospital Support Service provides practical support for vulnerable people leaving hospital, or those living at home but at risk of being admitted.

Derbyshire Connect Active Travel provide door-to-door transport to health appointments for people unable to use conventional buses because of their age, disability or because they live in areas where bus services are limited.
