Coronavirus

The NHS is well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases and has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.

Check online at gov.uk and at nhs.uk for advice on your travel and contact history and the latest COVID-19 information. Or you can go to https://111.nhs.uk/service/covid-19 for advice if you are concerned you may have coronavirus or have been in contact with someone who has.

You can now apply for a coronavirus test if you have symptoms on the gov.uk website.

Due to exceptional circumstances and following the latest guidance we are no longer able to book routine appointments. If you have an appointment already booked, this is going to be held as a telephone consultation.

If you have queries or feel you need an urgent appointment, please check our website or telephone us. Please view the NHS website to find out how to access NHS services online.

Remote Consultations

Due to the covid-19 pandemic all of our appointments will be held remotely either via telephone or video.

Your GP may ask you to send a photo of a skin problem via text or email. The GP will look at the photos you send and make a decision about whether they need to ask a specialist to look at the photos or whether they are happy to give you advice. Please contact the practice if you have not heard back within seven days of sending the photo.

The guide below gives useful tips on taking a photo to send to your GP.
